The Delta Riggs

And teamed up with Freya Esders and some beautiful ladies to take photos for The Delta Riggs upcoming EP release. We went out to Warrendyte just out of Melbourne and found some amazing locations. Will post up the final artwork after the release.

In a hole a mile deep, highly sensitive microphones transform low-level noise and vibrations into audible sounds that are amplified in the glass-walled pavilion above. As the earth’s plates shift and groan, primal sounds from its core rise in a cacophony of harmonious melodies and sonic violence. Aitken’s pavilion taps into a profound sense of wonder with the Earth that over the centuries has inspired hundreds of writers to imagine strange beasts and underground layers in the hollows below our feet. “We think of the Earth as something stable now, and that it’s us and our lives that are changing and shifting,” says Aitken. "One of the things that was important to me was to make a work that would come to life. Studio Update

So this is not as inspirational as Isaacs' post below however I thought I would post an update as I finally have some time. We have been extremely busy over the past few months working on various projects which will we post up on the site soon. Our friend Tess started last week as our intern and we did a big studio clean up as you can see below which is just the beginning. We are so grateful to be doing what we love for work. meesh
